Refund Policy

Ksheerdham Dairy Products LLP (now referred to as "Ksheerdham") is the licensed owner of the brand Ksheerdham, the Website www.ksheerdham.com, and the Mobile Application Ksheerdham Farms. Ksheerdham also maintains pages/media on social web services Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp. The website, mobile application and social web services will be collectively referred to as the "Web Enabled Application/Media" on this web page. By accessing/subscribing to the Web Enabled Application/Media you agree to the following Terms of Service;

All the products listed on the Web Enabled Application/Media will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food prices may change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.

Order Cancellation on Web Enabled Application/Media
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order via Mobile App or by calling our customer service. In such case, we will refund any payments already made by you for the order into your wallet held with  Ksheerdham. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the Web Enabled Application/Media, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Return & Refunds
We have a Return and Refund policy which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your wallet/account on the Web Enabled Application/Media. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

In case the product was delivered, the delivery executive has already departed from the delivery site, and due to some reason customer is not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product, then to be eligible for a refund the customer needs to notify us within an hour of the delivery. However, we are open to know about any feedback at any later time as per customer's convinience.

Wallet Refunds 

We have a Return and Refund policy which entitles all our members to request the refund of wallet money. In such case processing fee of 4% would be applicable. After deducting the 4% processing fee, remaining money from the customer's wallet can be refunded back to the customer within 7 days of request. 

Quality Liability
Ksheerdham owns the complete process from manufacturing to packaging to selling to distribution and home delivery for all Ksheerdham A2 Milk and Milk products. This is to ensure no or limited involvement of any third party, thereby ensuring the quality and freshness of all products to the best possible. In some areas the distributors manage the product distribution and in such cases the customer is solely responsible for the product she/he purchases and the effects of the consumption of these products are her/his responsibility including any expenses or costs that medical treatment or any other action may ensue.
